About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional support. Your role will include:
🔹 Managing incoming customer requests via phone, fax, and email
🔹 Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries per customer schedules (within 24 hours of receipt)
🔹 Providing timely and proactive updates to customers (within 24 hours of inquiry)
🔹 Handling emergency shipments as needed
