You'll be the engine behind our shipping operations, making sure materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Your work will directly impact our customers and production team. Think of yourself as the ultimate logistics ninja! π₯·π¦
π§ What You'll Be Doing:

Putting safety first - always. π¦Ί

Receiving incoming materials and logging them into IQMS.

Verifying shipment accuracy and flagging any issues.

Completing shipping documentation.

Scanning, labeling, and preparing goods for distribution.

Participating in monthly inventory counts.
-
Loading and unloading trucks like a forklift boss.
-
Keeping your workspace clean and following recycling best practices.
π§Ή Bonus Tasks:

Emptying trash bins (but recycling stays out of the trash β»οΈ).

Supporting the team with any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
π¦ Responsibility for Quality:

Flagging any packaging that could cause damage during shipping.

Ensuring parts are safely prepped and protected before leaving our facility.

Reporting any quality concerns to Production right away.
π Level of Authority:
-
Stop shipments if the quantity is incorrect, packaging is incorrect, or the quality of the product is suspect.

Authority to stop all actions and notify your supervisor if safety is in question.
β What You Bring:

At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

Confidence using forklifts, scanners, and shipping equipment.

A self-starter attitude - you take initiative and get things done.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Experience with inventory and part verification.

Solid basic math and tech skills (think spreadsheets, databases, etc.).

A team mindset with a keen eye for detail.
