Maintenance Chief

Cambria Hotel Fort Mill has an opportunity for a Maintenance Chief!

The Maintenance Chief is responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing and supervising the physical maintenance program for the entire hotel facility and ensuring the efficient operation and appearance of the property designed to maximize guest comforts and satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include responding to emergencies and troubleshooting; working with the corporate office on special remodeling projects and/or capital expenditures; ensuring the hotel is in compliance with all state and federal regulation; and directing the preventive maintenance program for guest rooms, public areas, and safety systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least three to five (3-5) years of experience leading an maintenance team at a large hotel as a Manager or Supervisor; be a great communicator and can develop team members while being available as needed including some weekends and evenings. Additional preferred qualifications include Engineering/Facility Management degree, certifications such as HVAC, CPO, EPA, etc., and previous leadership experience.
