The new OS Hotel in Ocean Springs, MS is seeking Front Desk Agents! Do want to be part of something new and exciting – if so, this could be your next career move! The OS Hotel, opening in late April 2025, has been designed to entice, the impeccable quality and inspiration of this 32-room boutique hotel offers something new and exciting to the area. Centered in the historic art district and just a short distance from picturesque Ocean Springs Front Beach, OS Hotel features 32 rooms with an incredible courtyard and event space at THE GALLERY and a 14-unit condominium for short term rentals.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing our guest with “Southern Hospitality” throughout their stay. The Front Desk Agent has a combination of guest services related duties from the check-in and check-out of guests, directing calls to the department, answering guest inquiries that contribute to the overall positive experience for our guest.
The ideal candidate will have guest service experience and is able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. If you enjoy interacting with people; understand the importance of providing service with a smile and delight in assisting guest with questions concerning the local area, this could be job for you!
