What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer/Demolition / Site Clean Up position at MMI LLC?
Looking for a general laborer for Short-term project-based work , with potential for multiple days of work.
Pay available at the end of each workday. Days vary between 4-8 hours a day.
This is mostly moving, cleaning, and organizing tools and equipment, some examples of specific tasks are below.
Taking down and moving and setting up metal shelf racks.
Organizing tools and equipment in connex / shipping containers.
Sorting through old stuff for trash.
Demolition of walls and pulling up carpet.
Please list any construction type skills you have. You must be able to lift 80lbs.
If you overqualified and you want to work here while looking for something else we are 100% ok with that.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
