Responsibilities

Acquire new clients from the MMP database
Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses
Use sales strategies to close deals
Develop expertise across your designated industries
Update and track your tasks daily
Transition from prospecting clients to pitching, closing and funding deals on your own
Be a positive force in the workplace and seek to help coworkers whenever able
Work hard every day, be coachable and maintain a positive attitude
Play to win and have fun!

Qualifications

Preferred

Working Capital Sales

Business to Business Inside Sales Experience

Salesforce or other CRM knowledge

Requirements

Equipment Finance Sales experience

Have both the desire and the ability to learn

Have a commanding phone presence and be comfortable cold calling

Superior communication skills, both written and oral

Comfortable working at a fast pace

Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent

Proficient and savvy with technology

This position is NOT remote. We are in the office, M-F. We offer a base salary of $51k plus commission . Anticipated total income in the first 12 months, based on performance and meeting expectations is $150k. Total income for 2nd full year in the 175k – 250k range, and 250k – 350k range for your 3rd full year.

MMP Capital specializes in equipment finance primarily for small business owners, we are on pace to finance over $400 million in this calendar year.
