As a Regional Manager, you will:

Lead and develop a team of leaders, overseeing a total team of approximately 200 members and growing, including EMTs, Paramedics, and support staff.

Ensure the execution of quality operations through daily communication, oversight, and evaluation.

Manage the P&L for your location and ensure adherence to policies and processes.

Interface daily with health system stakeholders and perform direct ALS and BLS patient care activities, when needed.

Oversee an operation that runs 24/7 which will require flexibility and availability outside of normal business hours to show leadership support.

Serve on committees with other departments as required.

Other duties as assigned.
Position Reports To:

Regional Director for all operational activities within the defined region.

Medical Director for medical control on patient care, protocol, and clinical quality activities.

Qualifications
Requirements for the position are:

Minimum 3 years of management experience in a related service industry.

Progressive experience supervising an EMS workforce of commensurate size.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed EMS provider at an EMT level. Paramedic preferred

Ability to meet the job description of a MMT Paramedic.
