As our Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee the financial operations of MMT, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our company goals. This is more than just a management role; it's an opportunity to lead a critical function in a growing organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights and impactful decisions.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and annual financial reports to leadership.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to protect company assets and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
• Monitor key financial metrics, identify variances, and propose strategic improvements.
• Oversee compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely filing and reporting.
• Support and lead internal and external audit processes.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented team.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required).

5–10 years of progressive accounting experience.

Expertise in accounting software and advanced Excel proficiency.
