Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Mechanical Construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Communication: Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Mechanical Construction.
- Proficiency in computerized software such as QuickBooks and Bluebeam (Revu).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contract documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
- Background check and drug test clearance.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Able to work in the US and pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass a drug test and have a clean criminal record for clearance to Military and Government Facilities.
