QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction working on projects 20M in size (preferably schools/higher education and/or commercial projects).
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
- Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
