Financial Management
The Director of Finance and Human Resources will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will assist the CEO in preparing and managing annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor cash flow and track financial performance.
- Provide regular reports to the team and the board of directors.
- Track, compile, and submit employment taxes to state and federal agencies.
- Compile and send employee and contractor W2s and 1099s.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Manage audits and work closely with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
HR Management
The Director will lead the HR function, including recruitment and onboarding. They will assist the CEO in performance management and retention strategies, as well as administer employee benefits programs, compensation structures, and payroll processes.
