Director of Finance and Human Resources
The Director of Finance and Human Resources is a key member of the Minnesota Pork Producers Association and the Minnesota Pork Board team. This role requires strong financial, human resources, and administrative skills to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Assist the CEO in preparing and managing annual budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Human Resources Management: Lead the HR function, including recruitment and onboarding. Administer employee benefits programs, compensation structures, and payroll processes.
- Administrative Support: Manage office systems, facilities, and other administrative functions, optimizing productivity and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a nonprofit or agriculture-related industry is highly desirable.
