Working As A Entry Level Sales Support Representative, You Will:
- Conduct consultations and educate customers on enrollment benefits for telecommunications services
- Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries to provide them with the best service possible
- Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction
- Learn and thoroughly know all existing and new products and services
- Closes orders and ensures proper documentation is complete
- Our Entry Level Sales Support Representatives learn to maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you will be the single point of contact
- Present and demonstrate company products or services to potential customers
