Job Responsibilities:
- THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB. THIS IS DIRECT MARKETING.
- Canvas pre-qualified areas and select homes and generate leads for our In-home specialists through directly approaching the homeowner at their home.
- Offer opportunities and schedule appointments for homeowners to receive sales presentations on various home improvement projects.
- Identify needs and help homeowners understand the benefits of our products for their homes and daily lives.
- Gather basic contact information from the homeowners to optimize the opportunities.
- Attend team meetings where training and coaching is provided for performance improvement and opportunity to grow within the company.
Position Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and willingness to initiate conversations.
- Coachability - remaining teachable as skills develop.
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
- Professional appearance.
