Multiple locations are available.Responsibilities : Respond to U.S. office actions with the USPTOConduct prior art and freedom-to-operate searches for patentability and freedom-to-operate analysisDraft high-quality U.S. patent applicationsBe an integral member of the team and invest in attorneys with both mentorship and professional growthQualifications : Ideal candidates will have a Biology-related PhDMust be eligible for USPTO admissionsState Bar, IL preferredSuperior academic credentials requiredOutstanding writing ability is required4 years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in a broad range of biology applications which may include molecular and cellular biology, Genetics, and / or Immunology.Anticipated Base Salary Range : The anticipated base salary range is $210,000-275,000 per year.
