Product Litigation Associate Attorney – Chicago
Position Overview
A nationally recognized law firm seeks a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its Product Liability team in Indianapolis, Chicago, or Madison . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, national litigation practice , handling complex, high-stakes cases. This is a partnership track position.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5-9 years of experience in federal and state civil litigation, preferably in products liability defense but other similar practice areas will be considered
Strong experience handling all aspects of a civil case, including :
Fact and expert discovery
