We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Oversee human resources functions, including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve operational goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare reports on hotel performance metrics and present findings to ownership or corporate management.
- Ensure effective night audit procedures are followed for accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
