NEW Skills, NEW Career, PAID Training for Entry-level, Machine Operator – Header OR Roller Trainee

Our fast-growing, manufacturing company is seeking candidates to join our Cold Header or Thread Roller Training Program. This program will provide successful candidates with the training and skills needed to become experienced Cold Header operators. No experience necessary - only a desire to succeed. Job Qualifications
- Good attendance record
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Willingness to learn
- Some manufacturing experience required
Job Responsibilities
- Participate fully in the training program
- Learn to use appropriate measurement tools
- Learn to operate and set up equipment
- Learn to read and understand blueprints
- Learn to check parts for surface discontinuities
- Participate in 5S/housekeeping
- Learn to weld wire
Additional information
- 5:30AM-3:30PM - Training on day shift for approximately 6 months, then moved to afternoon shift once training is completed.
- Monday – Thursday, with overtime as necessary on weekdays and weekends
Pay
$17-20/hr. Starting wage depends on skills and abilities.
*Performance increases every 90 days during the first year of employment, followed by annual reviews.
