Overview:
We re looking for a Sr. Data Migration Business Analyst to support a greenfield Endur ETRM implementation. This role will lead data migration efforts, ensuring accurate and seamless transition from legacy systems to the Endur platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document data migration requirements with business and technical teams

• Analyze legacy systems and map data to Endur

• Develop data mapping, ETL processes, and validation/test plans

• Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies

• Liaise between business, technical teams, and project leadership

• Lead stakeholder workshops and report progress

Must-Have Skills:

• 12 years of experience, including large-scale data migration projects

• Strong Endur ETRM knowledge and data modeling expertise

• Proficient in SQL and relational databases

• ETL tools experience

Nice to Have:

• Local to Houston, TX

• BA certification and Bachelor s degree

• Cloud integration experience
