As a CNC Mill Machinist, you’ll run high-performance CNC milling machines—primarily HAAS (up to 5-axis). We currently use Surfcam for programming but are transitioning to Esprit. You’ll be machining precision components for leading clients in aerospace, automotive, and beyond.

About the Role:
As a CNC Mill Machinist, you’ll run high-performance CNC milling machines—primarily HAAS (up to 5-axis). We currently use Surfcam for programming but are transitioning to Esprit. You’ll be machining precision components for leading clients in aerospace, automotive, and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC mills (HAAS preferred, up to 5-axis)
- Read blueprints, CAD/CAM models, and setup sheets
- Hold tight tolerances and inspect parts for accuracy
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the team to ensure jobs meet quality and delivery standards
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Must: Reliable, shows up daily with a good attitude
- Must: Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Experience with HAAS machines preferred but not required
- Experience with 4- and 5-axis milling is a plus
- Familiarity with Surfcam or Esprit is helpful, but we’ll train
- Comfortable with quality control tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Able to work well independently and as part of a tight-knit team
