Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our studio team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the lobby, studio and coworking space, and bathrooms. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including studios, coworking space, restrooms, showers, sauna, kitchenette, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Run laundry of the towels
- Restock eucalyptus towels
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate use.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or collaborating with team members.
