Responsibilities
- Complete all general garage door maintenance and service calls.
- Establish customer rapport, presenting the right products and services.
- Ask proper questions to troubleshoot system malfunctions.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Explain replacement opportunities and create referral opportunities to our retail team.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals.
- Be professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and stellar reviews.
- Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure success of the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and correctly inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings.
