Become a Delivery Associate / Helper with MO Routes
Compensation : $17.00-19.00 / hr!
This is a Full-Time Helper position with MO Routes LLC, delivering Amazon packages!

- Military veterans are welcome!
- Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus , but not mandatory
- As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

What You Will Do :
As a Helper, you and a Driver will deliver 50-150 packages daily. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers daily in the form of Amazon packages.

Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.Follow all local & state laws, road / driving regulations, and Company policies.Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions.Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; maneuver packages weighing up to 70 lbs., using material handling equipment, or up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team; get in and out of a van / box truck repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in / out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle.Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years oldMust hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's licenseAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a 5 -Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skillsEquipment Provided :
