Cleaning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals to effectively clean surfaces.
• Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Seasonal

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

• Macon, GA 31201 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Macon, GA 31201: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
