What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial Technician position at MO.S CLEANING SERVICES?
Sweeping, and mopping floors and vacuuming rugs. Hours are 5:30- pm-10:30 pm Mon- Thursday , and Saturday morning 9:30am - 2:30. Must be able to following instructions . Must have at least 3 years or more of sweeping and mopping. Must be able to work independently. MUST HAVE DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION . YOU WILL BE WATCHED ALL THE TIME IN THE BUILDING. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Summary
As a Sweeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that floors and carpets are well cared for. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core skills in cleaning, floor care, and buffing will be essential in delivering high-quality janitorial services.
