T&E Reporting & Analysis (10%)
- Prepare monthly departmental T&E reports for Department Heads.
- Analyze departmental T&E monthly against budget/latest estimates and explain significant variances.
- Propose and prepare journal entries for reclassifying or correcting T&E entries.
- Maintain T&E-related KPIs for the Accounting Department Dashboard.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Review and audit employees’ monthly expense reports for supporting documentation and policy compliance.
- Ensure monthly expense reports reconcile with outstanding Amex balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Issue monthly AMEX delinquency notifications to employees and Managers.
- Resolve issues with submitted expense reports and ensure timely resubmission and approval.
- Prepare monthly employee personal expense analysis and ensure timely reimbursement collection.
- Issue monthly personal expense delinquency notifications per MHUSA policy.
- Manage Concur T&E reporting system to ensure optimal operation and compliance with workflows.
- Maintain Concur employee master data for timely updates.
- Resolve T&E processing issues with Concur Help Desk.
- Upload daily SAE files from Concur into SAP.
- Train new employees on Concur usage.
- Participate in training and implementation of Cognos BI for enhanced T&E reporting.
- Continuously improve the Concur system, including developing enhanced reporting with Concur Intelligence.
- Implement Concur upgrades and T&E-related software.
- Manage Concur AI Verify for intelligent expense auditing.
- Produce ad-hoc T&E reports for internal control and management review.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Concur T&E reporting system.
- Experience with SAP and Cognos BI is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in auditing and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with expense report auditing and approval processes.
- Ability to train and support employees on T&E systems and processes.
- Experience in implementing and managing software upgrades and enhancements.
