- Train newcomers to the MH Spending Essentials and main procurement processes (incl. vendor creation and P2P steps)
- Train new comers to P2P systems: EazyBuy and pd-web, and Introduce them to the dedicated key users = P2P processors
- Manage a team of 6 P2P processors, in order to guarantee the service level to all departments and find opportunities for improvements
- Contribute with IT team to the efficiency of service provided by the HelpDesk, including continuous improvement review for documentation and regular FAQ and associated ‘how-to’s’ and ‘self-training’
- Act as level 3 partner concern in the MH EazyBuy Support model governance, to answer unsolved issues by Key users, HelpDesk and AMS Level 2
- Identify and build with local teams & IT teams cases supporting enhancement requests for Central arbitration
- Interact with Central Solution Owner & BPOs for arbitration requests
- Coordinate enhancements roll-out within entities
- In particular, integrate and prepare business solutions for POSM IT systems evolution
- Integrate new Brands to the portfolio and operating systems
- Ensure that Procurement process issues and challenges are addressed transversally with Finance / Internal Control / IT
- Set-up appropriate workshops, involving key experts from required departments
- Connect and involve with MH Central and Project teams
- Develop and deliver the Sourcing Purchasing tools of the EazyBuy road-map, in direct collaboration with the Central MH Project Teams:
- Vendors on-boarding in EazyBuy ecosystem (Ariba / SLP) to get all benefits of the 360-plateform (full visibility on PO, GR, invoices, payments)
- Data enrichment for suppliers (KYS Know Your Supplier): D&B score, Ecovadis (CSR / ESG), Diversity, Preferred vendors…
- Content management: segmentation, catalogs, punch-out, Guided Buying by category and purchasing strategy
- Sourcing and bidding tools (SyNRG): RFI, RFP, including empowerment of delegated buyers, AI, Tail Spend
- Compliance features roll-out: communication platform with vendors (NDA, Supplier code of conduct, Marketing guidelines, RFP alignment, communication to non-selected vendors…), archive of all RFP
- Contract management: in coordination with Legal department
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; Finance and Purchasing degree preferred
Professional Experience & Skills:
- 10 years of Purchasing and/or Finance experience, with some focus on processes and systems, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
- Practical/Technical Knowledge
- Strong proficiency of end-to-end Procurement processes and tools (SAP, Ariba)
- Robust experience with Purchasing strategic levers and Supplier Relationship Management
- Strong expertise in financial systems and processes
- Management and Interpersonal Skills
- Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners, including senior leaders
- Leadership and ability to set and drive priorities
