Position Overview
Help to build necessary business infrastructures that make more supply chain operations run smoothly at multi-location healthcare organization in Long Island, New York.
Experience/Certification required
- 10 years of exp. Supply Chain m
- The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for efficiently strategizing, forecasting, and analyzing inventory and customer demand to optimize sales and fulfillment alignment, ensuring top-notch quality and operational efficiency throughout the supply chain
- Responsible for all Supply Chain Operations, including, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service
- Partner with Global Brand President and SVP of Global Supply to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement a supply strategy to enable the business to meet objectives on Revenue growth, margin expansion, and net working capital
- Responsible for relationships with key suppliers and business partners, managing day-to-day activities, as well as lead strategic initiatives around contracts and pricing
- Define and oversee Operations KPIs and scorecards
- Utilize data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends
- Responsible for overseeing the S&OP process to deliver best-in-class customer service while minimizing inventory requirements
- Partner with other functions on new product development and existing product maintenance
- Develop and implement a global logistics strategy
- Oversee and guide your team’s daily tasks to ensure productivity and seamless alignment with team and company objectives
- Develop and publish Standard Operating Procedure guides for Operations processes and procedures
- Oversee the order management process
