Primary Job Purpose & Key Business Needs: Position is responsible for operating performance of Moana Nursery’s Florist. Position is expected to supervise the onsite and offsite floral operations. Position is accountable for day-to-day operations and the customer shopping experience of the Florist team. In conjunction with, the stores managers and Retail Services team this position is instrumental for implementing policies, strategies and ensures all operations are conducted safely, efficiently and profitably
