Your role at MOBE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist / Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our teams at MOBE and EFO. This role will serve as the first point of contact in our building, assisting with office operations, vendor coordination, and executive support for our leadership. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks efficiently.
This position is onsite in Reno, NV.
The hours for the position are tentatively 11:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday-Friday.
Responsibilities
Reception & Office Support:
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients entering the building.
- Manage office inventory, order supplies, and ensure common areas remain organized.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for building maintenance and other operational needs.
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
Executive Support:
- Assist with scheduling, including making reservations, booking travel, and coordinating meetings.
- Run local errands as needed, such as picking up supplies or handling document drop-offs.
- Print, prepare, and organize documents for meetings and executive use.
- Support special projects and administrative tasks for leadership, including the CEO/Founder the EFO Team
