This position will be responsible for coordinating and administering the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) and the HiSET Official Practice Tests (OPT) for the Adult Education and Literacy Program located within the Women’s Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center in Vandalia. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma. Must be detailed oriented, flexible, able to problem solve, multi-task, meet deadlines, and work with a diverse group of people. Experience using Microsoft Office products preferred.Department of Corrections requirements: Must have a two-step TB test with negative results followed by annual TB tests during birth month, a pre-employment drug screening, and the ability to clear a MULES and NCIC background check.
