This position is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all College-owned facilities and equipment, with direction from the Physical Plant Manager. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent;Must be able to physically access all areas of campus;Valid Missouri driver’s license, with the ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license within 120 days from employment;Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with grounds related equipment and duties (mowers, tractors, etc.);Experience with custodial related equipment and duties;Experience with building systems and plant related equipment;Education and/or experience beyond minimum requirements.
