What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker MSW- PRN- Days position at Moberly Regional Medical Ctr?
The ideal Social Worker BSW will have :
- Master's degree in social work
- 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Evening and weekend availability.
Interviews clients and their families and coordinates and plans programs and activities to meet their social and emotional needs. Provides crisis intervention and assists families in understanding the implications and complexities of the medical situation and its impact on lifestyle. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to Director of Behavioral Health. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
