Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, summarize, and report data collected for monthly and quarterly performance improvement quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Track progress/performance of new and existing clinicians
- Assist in conducting inspections on supplies and inventory to ensure compliance with quality requirements and expirations
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements and participating in quality improvement projects
- Assist nurses with patient care related needs when deemed necessary
- Participate as appropriate in assisting clients to educate and inform their staff
- Ability to travel between contracted facilities within the workday
- Other duties as required

Educational Requirements:
- CCHT certification
- BLS (renewal every 2 year)
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in dialysis (Preferred)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move at least 15 pounds
- Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
