Job Overview:
We are looking for individual who is energetic, friendly , reliable with retail and accounting experience. Retail experience is required. Must learn POS system and willing and able to work at cash register.
Responsibilities include cost accounting, retail and margins. Checking deliveries. Scan and enter vendor invoices into back office software system. Manage inventory, Vendor paid outs, billing, banking, Accounts , keeping records of fuel deliveries, vendor deliveries, lotto reports, daily shift reports,daily cash deposits, credit cards, payroll. Monitor inventory inventory through Audit procedures, audit cashier daily reports.
Quick Books experience will be highly preferred.

- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Utilize Excel for data management, including the creation and manipulation of pivot tables.
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital format.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting office operations.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent typing skills with high attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Familiarity with administrative and office procedures.
- Basic math skills for verifying data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Retail Experience is required.
- Quick Books Experience is highly preferred.
