Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy at the cash register.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase store traffic.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
