We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Car Wash Manager to lead operations at our renovated Traverse City location.
Managerial experience is required.

Position Overview:
The Car Wash Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a team of attendants, ensure equipment is running smoothly, and maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-friendly environment.
Salary: $35,000 per year tips and performance bonuses
Tips: range from $10,000-$15,000 a year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of car wash attendants
- Organize staff schedules and delegate tasks based on daily needs
- Monitor and maintain car wash equipment to ensure peak performance
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock of cleaning products and supplies
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
Qualifications:
- 3 years of managerial experience preferably in the car wash or related industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality service
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance is a plus
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling software
