In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and train retail staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages employee orientation and development.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization to optimize sales.
- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform budgeting tasks to monitor expenses and maximize profitability.
- Utilize strong math skills for cash handling, sales reporting, and financial transactions.
- Maintain administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.

Experience
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
