What you’ll do on a typical day:
-Track shipments for customers and responding to their questions in an efficient and professional manner.
-Ensure that customer’s SOPs are followed as required.
-Verify alerts for any accessorial charges that need authorization, filling out and sending appropriate forms that are needed.
-Communicating with freight forwarders as needed
-Perform other related duties as assigned
