What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Mobile Al Personal Injury Firm?
Litigation Paralegal:
Must be well experienced with Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Adobe, as well as related federal and state court filing systems (Alafile and CM/ECF). We do not utilize client management software - rather, our paralegals are expected to have first hand knowledge of our clients and their case and manage each file hands on.
Must have an excellent work ethic, with little need for day to day supervision. Job duties include managing client relations, review and organizing medical records/bills, scheduling depositions, client meetings, responding to interrogatories and request for production, drafting pleadings, managing calendars, witness meetings, and trial prep. Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits include BCBS health, dental, vision, 401(k), and profit sharing.
