Minimum Qualifications (MQs) : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 5 years leading application testing on at least 2 similar projects. 5 years performing system testing for web applications in an agile environment. 3 years developing test plans, cases, and scenarios. 3 years testing cloud-hosted applications in CI / CD environments. 3 years performing test automation. 3 years using agile practices and tools like Azure DevOps Server. Desired Qualifications (DQs) : 4 years in database development and data usage principles. 4 years in relational database design, development, and maintenance. 4 years in scientific data management, including metadata. 2 years in web-based UI development with server-side database interaction. 3 years managing complex business logic. 2 years in data visualization frameworks for public and scientific use. 2 years preparing technical documentation, protocols, and Data Dictionaries. 1 year in database development for scientific analysis and policy. 1 year in scientific data management and metadata practices. 1 year in intersystem communication protocols for data exchange. 1 year in California and US states emissions reporting (greenhouse gases, air pollutants). 1 year in federal emissions reporting for air pollutants. 1 year in California / US air quality plans, strategies, and AB 2588 Air Toxics Program.
