Job Overview
The General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of customers' experiences by leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
- Prepare and manage the annual operating budget of the collision center.
- Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profit, and expense objectives.
- Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
Leadership Skills
The General Manager is responsible to coach and empower each team member's performance and success in their individual roles. They must motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
