What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive GPS Technician position at Mobile Clear Shield?
We are seeking Installer Technicians to become a part of our rapidly growing mobile team! You will assist with the installation of automotive accessories. We concentrate working directly with auto dealerships in a given area. We are looking for someone to help us with the installation of a GPS device on all cars on the lots. Installation is quick and easy. Each vehicle takes approximately 6-8 minutes to install.
Mobile Clear Shield provides full training.
FULL TIME.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation
- Able to keep tools, materials and supplies organized and clean.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Keep track of supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Seeking some one who is comfortable working outdoors
- Must be able work in a organized manner
- Able to work 5-6 days a week
- Must communicate with team
- Needs to have a personal vehicle to commute
- Opportunities to travel
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in working outdoors, installation of paint protection film or vinyl wraps and decals is a plus but not necessary, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must have basic math knowledge
- Must be physically fit to be able to crouch, kneel or bend down while working on specific vehicles
- Auto Dealership experience is a plus but not mandatory
- “Tech savvy” is able to work with a smart phone.
