WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Work closely within the organization throughout the territory and execute a strategy to maximize both revenue growth and profitability along with building long-term customer loyalty.
- Forecast sales and develop “out of the box” sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with both potential and current clients within different industries such as education, healthcare, public safety, commercial, manufacturing, and utilities.
- Leverage market data and marketing resources to target and prospect customers to uncover needs and solution sales.
- Navigate organizations from various industries to move and ultimately close deals.
- Manage quote and funnel on a monthly basis for success.
- Track record of meeting sales goals.
- Familiarize yourself with competitors' products and sell against them.
- B2B technology or communication solutions experience.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects; ability to articulate compelling value verbally and in writing.
- Self-starter, high energy, results-driven individual - you own the details and the projects and are not afraid of accountability.
- Ability to explain product and service features and benefits.
- Exceptional time management and ability to focus on what matters.
- Experience with CRM.
- Intermediate ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of products.
