Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks, including preparing reports and presentations using Google Suite.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution, in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience with front desk operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
