Job Overview
Small Eastside Cincinnati manufacturer of special purpose vehicles in bus, cab and chassis, and trailer formats needs a Shop Foreman to direct eight or more technicians in the upfitting/build of these vehicles. This position requires expertise/knowledge in most of the following areas:
- Mechanical repair for medium duty vehicles and trailers
- Fabrication and welding of steel and aluminum
- Remodeling, commercial and residential
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical codes
- Some hydraulics and pneumatic expertise required
- Automotive painting
- Motorhome repair
This position will require five years of management in most of the above areas. Excellent communication and organizational skills, verbal and written, are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
