About the position

As a Human Resource Coordinator , you will be responsibility for entering and maintaining Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Timekeeping system. The individual in this role also provides support for Benefits and Payroll department.
Your main responsibilities :
- Preserves integrity and accuracy of Human Resources Information System including conducting import of new hire information into HRIS, and input and updates of all personnel information
- Serves as liaison between employee and management to answer questions regarding company practices, regulations, compensation, and / or benefits
- Supports company leave administration process including assisting employees in leave requests and administration of disability insurance programs
- Assists employees and answers questions about company health benefit programs including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401(k), FSA accounts and other ancillary plans
- Conducts new employee orientations in rotation
- Works with Supervisor to analyze and corrects issues related to HRIS system; creates and maintains historical documentation related to corrections
- Works with supervisor on the implementation of different HR initiatives
- Coordinates with finance on employee headcount for reporting
- Coordinates with cost accounting on labor hours and payments
- Assists with benefits for payroll preparation, administration, and processing
- Maintains Attendance points system in HRIS system; responsible for weekly points run and administration to ensure accuracy and correction of points as requested
- Prepares Ad Hoc reports related to HRIS for leadership
- Provides backup to payroll with timekeeping processes and payroll inquiries
- Updates and alters new and existing positions within HRIS system
- Process Data Changes as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

Dometic operates with a 4 1 policy, 4 days per week in the office and the possibility to work 1 day per week remotely.
