General Information

This is responsible supervisory work in the general maintenance, construction and repair of varied facilities and furnishings in specified public buildings.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, completion of a trade school or apprenticeship program in the building construction field, and a minimum of five years general building construction and maintenance experience at the supervisory level; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
