Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining proper relationship and communication with customers.
- Reviewing account balance details to determine appropriate method to collect.
- Discussing accounts with customers and accurately documenting accounts.
Qualications:
- Methodical and Analytical.
- Excellent communication skills, phone and email. Procient in Microsoft Oce.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, a plus.
