What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Phlebotomist for Research position at Mobile Donor Sourcing?
We are seeking a Certified Phlebotomist to join our team! The phlebotomist will draw blood samples for research use.
Responsibilities:
- Fixed schedule is Tuesday mornings 9am-12 noon
- Most collections are completed prior to noon.
- You will be paid for 3 hours minimum each collection day
- It is possible to earn more than the minimum pay within the scheduled hours on a collection day
- Collect blood samples from research participants
- Adhere to research protocol and safety policies and procedures
- Training to work with human research participants is provided
Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy certification
- Solid venipuncture skills
- Ability to build rapport with research participants
Pay: $43.30 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
Ability to Commute:
- Germantown, MD 20874 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Germantown, MD 20874: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
